For a lot of us, the idea of owning a dog is a lot of fun, as it gives us someone to talk to when no one else is around. Dogs seem to understand our words on a completely different level than our fellow humans and being able to converse with them is often considered to be a great form of therapy.
But what would you do if your dog actually started to talk back to you one day? While it might be a lot of fun in the early going, you may have mixed feelings about it over the long haul. However, Charlie the dog’s input seems to be more than welcome in this particular household and you will be hard pressed to watch the entirety of this clip without having to pause to hold your sides.
Charlie is bound and determined to get his point across and judging from his facial expression, he has got quite a few things to say to his owner. If only we could tell if he was expressing anger or happiness, then we’d have it made. Perhaps there is some enterprising scientist out there who can construct a doggy translator that would make all of our lives much simpler.
For now, we are simply left to guess as to what point Charlie would like to get across to his owner. Is he saying hello? Is he hungry? Is he requesting that his owner take him out for a nice, long walk, where he can meet some female dogs and strike up a further conversation? The true intention of his words will be forever lost upon the sands of time and this is unfortunate.
Any pet owner who has spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out the true meaning behind what their pets are trying to communicate will certainly relate to this hilarious video. Perhaps Charlie’s insightful words will inspire your dog to let you know how they truly feel about, once and for all.
If you enjoyed this clip as much as we did (and let’s be honest, how could you not?), then be sure to spread the love and pass it around to all of your closest friends and family members. Take a moment to post it on your Facebook news feed and Twitter timeline, so that your social media buddies can also get in on the fun. After all, why should Charlie’s speech not be heard by as wide of an audience as possible?
What do you think?
