Baby Falls In The Pool And What Happens Next? Whoa!
This is simply an amazing video and by watching it, you can learn how to save a life. As a parent, I’ve always wanted to do what I can to protect my little ones. There are so many baby-safe items on the market, from outlet covers to cabinet locks. This video is one of the best that I have seen and it’s from Infant Swimming Resource. It’s a company that teaches babies about how to avoid drowning if they fall into the water. It’s quite amazing and as I watched a baby fall in the water, I found I was on the edge of my seat. I held my breath and wanted to climb through the computer monitor to go after the baby.
The baby was trained to react to the situation, however. The baby went head first into the water and was then able to avoid drowning. The baby had been trained how to deal with this! This is the most amazing skill and it allowed the baby to defend himself! The statistics out there are shocking and while I don’t have a pool, we’re always around pools. About 11 babies will drown every single day within the United States and this is one of the easiest things to avoid! We should all be more conscious about what babies are exposed to and by teaching them how to avoid drowning in the pool, we arm them with a very important skill. The video starts out by telling everyone that the babies are already trained, which is critical so you know they’re not being abused in any way. Each baby knows what to do.
All children under the age of 5 should go through this training as a way of reducing the statistics. It’s so easy for a baby to fall into the pool. They can make it out quickly, even without a parent noticing. The moment they make it to the edge of the pool, it could be all over. The question you have to ask yourself is…if your child fell into a pool, could he or she survive? There is a way of teaching children to roll over and adjust themselves in the water so they are essentially doing a back float. This keeps their nose and mouth above water, allowing them to scream and yell for help. Infant Swimming Resource has delivered more than 7 million lessons and there are more than 750 documented issues of children saving themselves with this technique. What do you think about this video? Does your child know the technique that can save their lives? This is a great video for everyone to know about and you can share it with your friends and family now on Facebook!
